ACCEPTING POOL TABLE DONATIONS IN THE GREATER SEATTLE REGION

We accept gifted pool tables meeting certain criteria and provide complimentary removal at no cost to you.

Upon pickup, we issue a receipt of goods received for your records, detailing the item and its condition.

Please note: 

PNW Billiards is not a nonprofit organization. A receipt of goods received will be provided for your records. We highly recommend consulting with your tax professional regarding any potential deductions or classifications related to your donation. 

✅ Tables We Accept:

    •    Name-brand with visible nameplate:

Olhausen, Brunswick, Golden West, Connelly, AMF Playmaster

    •    7ft or 8ft modern leather drop pocket tables

    •    Built after 1980

    •    Good condition – structurally sound and complete

    •    Ground-level access or easy removal path

    •    Located in Washington State

🚫 Tables We Do Not Accept:

    •    9ft tables, oversized 8’ or 1-piece slate models

    •    Ball return or bar-style tables

    •    Antique tables (pre-1980)

    •    Tables stored outdoors or exposed to weather

    •    Broken-down or severely damaged tables

    •    Tight staircases or complex removals without volunteer help

    •    Out-of-state locations

💡 If the Table Doesn’t Qualify:

We may still be able to offer professional removal and haul-away services for a small fee. Send us the photos and info, and we’ll guide you from there!

📸 To Be Considered, Please Provide:

    1.    3–5 clear photos of the table (full shot, nameplate, job site)

    2.    The ZIP code + city where the table is located

    3.    Note any stairs or challenging access info
