Due to the sensitive nature of our scheduling process and the coordination required across multiple jobs and clients, a rescheduling fee of $500.00 will apply if any of the following occur:

1. Pool Table Not Set in Final Location
   If your pool table is not fully set in place on the day of service and we were not informed of this in advance, your appointment will be immediately rescheduled.
    
2. No Point of Contact / Site Inaccessibility
   If no one is present on-site and our team is kept waiting beyond 30 minutes with no communication, we will be forced to reschedule.
    
3. Inaccurate or Misleading Photos / Information
   If the photos submitted or the information provided at the time of booking do not match the actual site conditions, this will trigger a same-day rescheduling.

Each project we take on is coordinated around multiple moving parts, including labor availability, routing, and other clients’ schedules. Accurate and timely communication ensures everyone’s time is respected and helps us serve you more efficiently.
