*Rescheduling Fee Disclaimer - Please Read*

Due to the sensitive nature of our scheduling system, there will be a $500.00 Rescheduling fee for the following:

1. If your pool table is not situated the day of service & there was no prior

communication of your pool table not being in its set location. This will cause us to

immediately reschedule.

2. There is no point of contact with an individual & our team is waiting around at the

location site for more than 30 minutes. This will cause us to immediately reschedule.

3. If we discover the photos that were sent in were not current or not matching up

with the information provided upon booking. This will cause us to immediately

reschedule.

We coordinate with several different schedules simultaneously when taking on your

project as well. Proper and correct information is vital and respectful to our team, everyone's time & schedules.
